Set Session Cookies
Opencart needs to set a "session cookie" in order to work properly. Session cookies are not permanent cookies; when you close your browser they are deleted.

To permit session cookies:
1. Select the Privacy Tab from the Internet Options dialog box and select the ADVANCED button.
2. Select "Always allow session cookies"

 
3. Also, set your PRIVACY SETTINGS to Medium, as pictured above.
4. SELECT the OK button to return to Internet Options.

If paying with Credit card, Paymate you must click confirm order on the last page otherwise the order does not get confirmed, and will not be visible to me!!!!
